Portraits

Last year I had the opportunity to photograph portraits for professionals, Mozella & Linda. I didn’t know what type of natural light I was encountering, I hoped for a good day, even a cloudy one could work. For Mozella’s session, I came straight from traveling from NJ to MD, but per usual, I was as prepared as I could be without seeing the location first. Our session went well, and I capture various shots, and since we were shooting at her home, I found different spaces, as well as natural light to do her shoot.

With Linda, I had a similar situation, hers was a little tricky, because most of her available light was in her kitchen, so I wanted to give her a variety of options, so I decided to photography her in the kitchen and living room, which provided more contrast and had lots of points of interest.
