Musing at the Museum

In May of 2022, for my Birthday, I decided that I wanted to go to a few Art exhibitions. One of the them was the Jean-Michel Basquiat: “King of Pleasure” exhibition, which intertwined his personal life, never-before-seen work, curated by his family. I thought the exhibition was well executed providing a mix of work, interviews with family, friends, collaborators, and infused the music, parties and culture he was immersed in when he came to prominence during the early 80s. I also enjoyed the exhibition space and felt it was a great location.
